Terms of supply
Plain terms for quotes and port delivery. A written confirmation still governs each call.
A price on this website is a starting point. The quote we confirm by email or phone, against a named vessel and port, is the one that applies.
Delivery is to the berth, gate, or launch window we agree. If the port, weather, or the vessel's movement changes that window, we tell the agent before the goods leave the warehouse when we can, and as soon as we know when we cannot.
Stock lines are subject to what is actually on the shelf that day. Indent lines are supplied only after you accept the lead time. Title to the goods passes when the vessel or agent signs the delivery note, unless the quote says otherwise.
Nothing on this page replaces the CPA, MPA, or PPA rules that apply to the call.
